This is a hands-on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management. What You'll Learn & DoAs a Manager Trainee, you'll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store.
