As a senior IT systems analyst on the Business Built Applications team, you'll collaborate with IT, business, and data scientist teams to create, maintain, and evaluate AI and emerging tech applications for our CRM team and customers. In this new role, you'll lead efforts to shape the future of monitoring by embedding advanced Splunk capabilities, establishing best practices, and driving data analysis. You'll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on leveraging dashboards for actionable insights, and track key performance metrics and SLAs. As a trusted advisor, you'll foster a culture of observability and proactive monitoring while advancing technology and innovation within Progressive. This is a remote position for US-based work only.
