OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced food service environment, ensuring high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant or hospitality experience and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. Experience with POS systems such as Clover POS. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a vibrant hospitality setting.DutiesTake customer orders accurately using Clover POS.Provide friendly and attentive guest service, addressing customer needs promptlyPrepare and serve food items according to established quality standards and safety protocolsAssist with food preparation, plating, and presentation in accordance with restaurant guidelinesHandle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering dutiesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulationsUpsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunitiesManage reservations.Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist with guest seating as neededSupport kitchen staff during busy periods by performing basic food prep or bussing dutiesUphold guest relations by providing attentive service in a professional mannerRequirementsPrior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plusFamiliarity with Clover POS systemsStrong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hoursExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanorKnowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulationsAbility to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accuratelyExperience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is desirableBasic understanding of the food industry operations and guest relations principlesAbility to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability may be requiredThis position offers an engaging work environment where team members can grow their hospitality skills while delivering memorable guest experiences.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $ $13.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFood providedWork Location: In person
