This position focuses on accurately identifying and redacting sensitive information from documents using a combination of technology and manual review processes.Responsibilities & Duties:Document ReviewIdentifying and redacting PII & PHIPipeline ManagementCommunicate with various teams to ensure efficiencyCollaborate with quality review teamOther duties assignedRequired Skills/Capabilities:Must be able to demonstrate expert-level skill in using M365 Office SuiteMust have prior experience with document redactionMust have experience working with a quota / production requirementMust have experience working remotelyAttention to detailStrong computer skillsMust have a dedicated distraction free workspaceMaintain confidentialityAbility to work in a fast-paced companyCommunicate effectively with all team members and clients in professional manner.Maintain a positive can-do attitudeDemonstrate the ability to be a problem solver who is able to work independently.Knowledge of redaction software and tools is a plusExperience in legal, healthcare or compliance fields is a plusEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent2 years M365 Suite Experience2 years Experience with document redactionEmployee Status:Part-timeReports To:Project ManagerCompany Information:Hill Redaction Services specializes in providing accurate redaction services using a combination of technology-driven automated redaction and employee-performed document review.
