Entry Level ERP/Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities - This position will serve as an assistant to our Operations/Purchasing Manager and train to cover all responsibilities in the absence of the manager.On the purchasing side they will support the purchasing department by handling administrative tasks, researching suppliers, negotiating prices, processing orders, tracking deliveries, managing inventory, resolving issues, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services, ensuring the company gets quality materials at competitive prices.On the operations side they will support daily operations, handle admin tasks (scheduling, reports, inventory), assist in implementation of strategies for efficiency, focus on bossing productivity and customer satisfaction.Reports To: Operations ManagerShift: 8am - 5pm Monday thru FridayEntry Level Compensation: $18 - $23 per hour DOE (career level position with advancement opportunities)Benefits: Health Coverage, FSA - Flexible Spending Account, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, 12 Paid Holidays Annually, 401K, Vacation TimeJob Type: Full-timePay: $ $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
