Working Superintendent

*Position Description*PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT*Elder Construction is seeking a PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT for our retail constructiondivision. Qualified applicants must possess a command of commercial blue prints, and willhave experience with all phases of construction. Candidates must also possess strongknowledge of commercial bidding procedures. The best candidate will be proficient withemail, scheduling software programs, and various forms of electronic communications. TheSuperintendent will work directly for the President of the company, and will support thesales and estimating departments. *Qualifications:At least five years of project management, construction management, or related puter skills, including experience with email and file storage.Familiarity with Commercial and Municipal Building Codes.Excellent verbal and organizational skills;Ability to multi-task, and to meet critical project deadlinesHave valid drivers license, cell phone, and tools.Responsibilities:Start project on time.
