Procurement Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Functional Consultant with a robust background in Oracle Cloud implementations to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement processes and at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. Experience with civil and construction-based clients is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud procurement implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design procurement processes, and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet client needs.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing procurement processes and recommend optimal solutions.Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle Cloud procurement modules, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement best practices and trends within the civil and construction industries.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.Assist in the development of test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system configurations against business requirements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for procurement-related issues post-implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement consulting, with at least 2 full Oracle Cloud implementations from start to finish.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier management.Experience working with civil and construction clients is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Pay: $ $85.00 per hourExpected hours: 80.0 per weekWork Location: Remote
