This team works closely with the Nursing Department to meet needs of residents.Social Services DirectorRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Social servicesCertification as a CSW (Certified Services Worker) by the state of MissouriKnowledge of community resourcesExperience in Health Care Social work2-5 years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.MDS experience a plus.Experience in long-term care social work also a plus.We look forward to meeting you
