As part of a small but growing organization, you will provide crucial support and analysis to the procurement and supply chain planning department as well as gain exposure to logistics, sales, and operations through project and administrative work.Working closely with Demand Planner and Procurement Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for data and transaction entry, reporting, in depth analysis related to multiple supply chain functions.The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in the continued evolution of Tractor's supply chain systems including launch support for automated and ai-capable MRP and demand planning systems.This role will also be pivotal in supporting cross functional support work within the organization and with strategic partners.Duties/Responsibilities:â— Placement and tracking of purchase orders to raw material, packaging, and equipment suppliersâ— Maintaining supply chain activity in ERP systemâ— Purchase orders, releases, work orders, assemblies, receipts, transfers, etc..â— Sales and production trackingâ— Project related support including launch of MRP and demand planning systemsâ— Data entry into demand planning and MRP systemsâ— Tracking of KPIs including forecast accuracy, cost savings, OTIF, and inventory turnoverâ— Maintenance and execution of reporting for Tractor's proprietary Organic Impact Trackerâ— Logistics support including inventory tracking and reconciliationâ— Tracking and analyzing procurement spend to identify cost savings opportunities and more effectively manage costsâ— Updating and maintaining detailed Tableau dashboards used to present forecasting and demand analytics to broad audience within TractorRole Requirements:â— Bachelors in business administration OR 5+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or demand planning roleâ— Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and writtenâ— Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsâ— Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Tractor Beverage customersâ— Organized with a keen attention to detailâ— Ability to work remote while being productive and proactiveâ— Available to travel once or twice a yearBenefits:â— 401(k)â— 401(k) matchingâ— Cell phone reimbursementâ— Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceâ— Flexible Spending Accountâ— Life insuranceâ— Unlimited paid time offâ— Parental leaveâ— Travel reimbursementWHO WE ARE: THE HOPE GAP"It can't be done."
