Senior Florida Family Law Paralegal

OverviewWe are a Florida-based family law firm seeking a highly experienced Florida Family Law Paralegal to support our practice in a fully remote, part-time role. This position is reserved for senior-level paralegals with substantial experience handling Florida family law matters and reviewing filings for compliance with Florida procedural and substantive requirements.This role serves as a final review checkpoint before documents are filed with Florida courts. It is not an entry-level or training position.ResponsibilitiesReview all Florida family law documents prior to filing with the court, including:Petitions, answers, and responsive pleadingsMotions, notices, and affidavitsFlorida Family Law Financial AffidavitsMandatory Disclosure (Rule documentsProposed orders and related filingsEnsure filings comply with:Florida Family Law Rules of ProcedureApplicable local administrative ordersE-filing formatting and procedural requirementsIdentify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or compliance issues and clearly communicate required correctionsProactively flag deadline, service, or procedural concerns before filingCollaborate with attorneys and staff in a remote environmentQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience working as a paralegal in Florida family law mattersDemonstrated experience preparing and reviewing filings for Florida Circuit CourtsStrong working knowledge of:Florida Family Law Rules of ProcedureMandatory disclosure requirementsFlorida e-filing standardsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet access and availability during agreed-upon working hoursApplication Requirements (Required to Be Considered)Applicants must submit all of the following:ResumeCover letter (required; applications without a cover letter will not be considered)Professional references (Florida family law references required)Additional InformationThis position is intended for seasoned Florida family law paralegals who can independently review filings and ensure compliance before submission to the court.
