Position Summary: Senior Sales Manager (US, EU, or Asia)Ensure Hana is meeting sales and business development goals that contribute to the overall success of company growth in assigned territory (US, EU, or Asia). Manage many key activities to enhance Hana's already-strong presence in RFID and other microelectronic products while fostering business relationships with key customers instrumental in Hana's growth.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field7 years combined sales, marketing & business development experiencePrior supervisory experience preferredPrior RFID and/or microelectronic manufacturing experience preferredEssential Job Functions:Oversee Hana's products, projects, & activities to ensure completion within scheduled period of time & budgetProvide effective management to organization's business activities related to strategic & financial growthCreate new strategies for marketing & monitoring QC/QA measuresBuild effective relationships with customers globally to maintain & develop strong revenue increasePerform efficient finance managementPerform review of equipment, system layouts, & validationResponsible for training, mentoring, & motivating staff when necessary for effective performance & growthDevelop business unit strategies for promotional activitiesAnalyze & explore market trends, identifying new territory & global opportunitiesCoordinate with other Hana teams to develop plans for launching & implementing new productsDevelop & communicate internal expectations & vision of Hana growth relevant to Hana's corporate vision & goalsCollaborate across all business units to integrate objectives for organizational growthProvide monthly product & revenue forecasts to Hana leadershipDevelop sales presentations, RFI/RFP responses, & growth strategiesSupport New Product Development & Customer Service with input on product strategies to position customer needs with voice of customer requirementsAttend & provide logistical support for tradeshows & industry meetingsManage large scale projects that will encompass sales, marketing, finance, legal, intellectual property, budgeting, product/business planning & technical issuesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalSuperior organization & problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Office productsCreative thinking -ability to develop & create new ideas, systems, & relationships for the success of the companyDecision making skills: ability to analyze information & evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problemsAbility to handle complaints & resolve disputes/conflictsMotivating skills: encourage & build team spirit among staff to build mutual respect & cooperationDemonstrated ability to create successful sales & business development programs & messages for technology productsCapability to analyze emerging markets, drawing on a broad set of sources to develop conclusions & recommendations for strategy & tactics preferredKnowledge & skills to develop & evaluate business cases around RFID product offerings preferredExperience & knowledge of engineering & applications preferredAbility to travel globally as necessaryAbility to stand for long periods of time and navigate all production areas as necessary
