Lot Attendant

Interstate Assembly System's Marshfield Wisconsin location is looking for a full time Lot Attendant to join our team If you have the qualifications listed below, apply todayQualifications:Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift effectively and safely is requiredMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordCommercial Driver's License (CDL) not required but highly preferredWarehouse experience a plus but not requiredJob Description:Check in, organize and stage materials required for production personnel to ensure the continuation of shop activities.Check-in and inspection of trucks and equipment arriving, movement of trucks on property as well as periodic test driving as needed.Clean / Detail new builds and company equipment.Evaluate condition of the facility interior and exterior and perform minor repairs and municate with Service and/or Production Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance.Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing minor cleaning duties not performed by our cleaning service as needed.Gather and empty trash.Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.Position Requirements:1-2 years working experience in heavy trucks and/or equipment operation.Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift safelyHigh school diploma/GED requiredAbility to climb heights, lift to 60 lbs. and climb ladders.Working experience performing maintenance and repairs is mercial Driver's License (A or B) would be desired.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
