Property Management Field Technician

Must have a good vehicle, be able and willing to work independently, and posses strong work ethics and drive to succeed.The Maintenance Technician/Property Management Assistant performs a wide variety of tasks as needed, from security checks and pre-arrival checks to hot tub maintenance to minor maintenance tasks on our 120+ homes, to landscaping, including maintaining the beautiful landscape at the Moose Lodge and Cabin, and occasional mowing, shoveling, hedge trimming, weeding, and plowing. If you believe that variety is the spice of life, this may be the role for you Weekend/evening (on call) work may be required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of areas, enjoy working outside and inside, and ideally have basic handyman or carpentry experience. Must be flexible, comfortable working in a constantly changing and at times stressful environment, and get along with other team members. A good vehicle and a clean driving record are also a must.
