Medsense Health is a leading provider of medication adherence, patient monitoring, and virtual care that partners with pharmacies across the United States.Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective patients, educating them on the benefits of our Medication Adherence Program, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will play a crucial role in connecting patients to resources that can significantly improve their health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce and explain the benefits of the Medication Adherence Program.Engage in meaningful conversations with patients, answering any questions and addressing concerns about the program.Guide patients through the enrollment process, ensuring all required information is collected accurately.Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and follow-up tasks in our database.Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and team members to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience.Stay informed about program updates and industry best practices to effectively communicate with patients.Qualifications:High degree of comfort in making outbound calls and engaging with individuals over the phone.Experience selling products and services to seniors over the phoneExperience with objective handlingPrevious experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.Ability to explain complex healthcare concepts in a clear and compassionate manner.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practiceComfortable using technology for documentation and communication.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bi-lingual is a plus but not requiredTraining and Development:You will receive comprehensive training on medication adherence program details, enrollment processes, and communication techniques to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.Why Join us?Our Commitment: We are passionate about helping individuals with chronic health conditions live better, healthier lives.
