The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential and light commercial plumbing.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Diagnose issues and recommend solutions. Install and service water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer systems, and pumps. Respond to emergency plumbing calls as scheduled. Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards. Educate customers on plumbing solutions and preventive maintenance. Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately. Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools. Represent Ted's with professionalism and integrity. RequirementsQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
