Project Superintendent

Job Duties:Supervise and Manage up to 5-15 employeesDevelop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.Responsible for construction, management of subcontractors, installation, schedule, logistics, safety, quality and construct-ability of all aspects of projectsPlans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the construction project activities dailyResponsible to manage employees and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule and budget.Job Requirements:Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications in the construction of the projectAbility to layout projectThorough knowledge of construction techniques, means, and methodsForesight to schedule tasksHigh energy level and enthusiasmStrong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and problem solving skillsComputer skills in Microsoft Office based programsSense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of Utility Installation and/or Heavy Highway Construction experienceOSHA safety trainingBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Heavy Highway and Utility Installation Management: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:Massachusetts Hoisting License (Preferred)OSHA 10 (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
