Facilities Technician

DescriptionNRVCS is looking for our next Facilities Technician The Facilities Technician performs routine and preventative facility related maintenance and repairs including HVAC filter and/or system maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair, interior finishing and general facility duties including care of grounds, snow removal, painting and physical facility appearance. Apply today and make a difference in our communityStarting Salary: $37,482-Depending on ExperienceEducation Requirements:A combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma (or)Any combination of education and extensive work experience in the field of Facility Services including considerable experience in construction, repair, and maintenance work involving facilities.A qualified License to perform General Contracting work and/or trade license (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in the Commonwealth of Virginia is preferred.Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
