We are hiring a Material Handler to join our logistics team and support safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials at our Palestine, TX site. This is more than moving products "” it's a critical role that supports our manufacturing teams, ensures accurate shipping and receiving, and upholds the quality and safety standards our customers count on.What you'll do:Safely handle, store, and ship specialty chemical materials according to site and regulatory standardsCalculate weights and measures related to warehousing, receiving, and shipping activitiesSecure packages to pallets using stretch wrap and banding equipmentLabel and document packaging accurately for inventory and shipmentOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks, ensuring materials are placed in correct storage locationsComplete documentation including inspection observations and work ordersFollow all safety procedures and required personal protective equipmentReport incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediatelyMaintain clean and organized warehouse and work areas through housekeeping activitiesSupport team members and assist with training when neededRequirementsWhat we're looking for:High School Diploma or GED required5+ years of experience in a processing or general batching environment preferredTechnical degree or certification, military experience, or prior manufacturing/chemical operations experience preferredStrong understanding of warehouses, shipping, receiving and logistic operationsForklift and manlift operation and certification preferredStrong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learnAbility to plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilitiesGood communication and teamwork skills with willingness to take directionBasic computer skills with strong mathematical and problem-solving abilitiesSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, and pre-employment physicalBenefitsWhy you'll love it here:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO)A culture built on safety, integrity, and teamworkOpportunities to learn and grow within a stable and expanding specialty chemicals businessJoin a company that's redefining what it means to be "green" in the specialty chemicals industry.
