OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Billing Sales (RCM Sales) professional to join our team. This role focuses on promoting and selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to healthcare providers, emphasizing the importance of efficient billing and coding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare revenue cycle processes, along with excellent sales skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to healthcare organizations' financial health while expanding your professional expertise in the medical billing industry.DutiesIdentify and engage potential clients within the healthcare sector, including medical offices, clinics, and hospitals.Present and demonstrate RCM solutions that improve billing efficiency, collections, and revenue cycle performance.Educate clients on the benefits of services such as DRG management, CPT coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding systems.Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs related to medical billing, medical collection, and revenue cycle optimization.Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and EMR/EHR systems to effectively communicate product value.Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers to foster trust and repeat business.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with appropriate solutions.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates in medical coding standards that impact revenue cycle management.QualificationsProven experience in medical billing, medical coding (including DRG, CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10), or healthcare revenue cycle management.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and EMR/EHR systems.Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the healthcare industry.Familiarity with medical collection processes and healthcare compliance standards.Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to healthcare professionals.Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients.Prior experience in a sales role related to medical office solutions or healthcare technology is preferred.
