We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor supporting the Warehouse General Manager.The main responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor is to assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations of our 3PL facility. This role will interact heavily with our hourly staff.Location:602 Humboldt Ave. St. Louis, MO. 63147Hours:M-F 10:00am to 06:00pm or M-F 02:00pm to 10:00pmPay:$55K to $60K annual salaryPrimary DutiesSupervise and coordinate the work of all employeesProcess orders from requisitions and dispense items from stockUtilizes a forklift to move freight to the appropriate locationPrepare schedule, work assignments, and special projectOversee all workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on scheduleManage, motivate, and mentor all warehouse employees to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively in accordance with company policyEnforce company policies regarding standards for sanitation, maintenance, safety, and securityReports employee hours into payroll system weeklyUtilizes the computer system to ensure stock records are up to dateCompletes all required documentation for inbound and outbound documentsCommunicates operational issues to the supervisorRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred2+ years related experience in a distribution center; or equivalent combination of education and trainingPrevious WMS experience preferredProficient with MS products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to read, analyze, interpret, and implement business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulationsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in written words (reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals)Previous forklift experience requiredCase-picking experience preferredAbility to lift 50 LBS repeatedlyBenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid weekly via W2 & Direct DepositHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans401K w/ 4% match Retirement savings planSalary Description$55,000 - $60,000
