BIG BENEFITS OF WORKING AT THE MINT:Wage: $7.25/hr + tipsWeekly PayUp to $2000 in bonuses your first yearCompetitive Health, Dental and Medical Benefits starting at $30/weekFully paid company life insurance 401K with Company MatchFSA/HSAWe have BIG FUN   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Mix and serve drinks following specified recipes.Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beer, and non-alcoholic selections available within the outlet.Working knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes of each drink.Maintain an orderly and clean bar, including, but not limited to, bar surface, draught area, coolers, wells, sinks, mixing materials, server area and lounge.Maintain product inventory and supplies including all liquors, beers, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware, ice, and miscellaneous bar supplies throughout shiftSet up bar at beginning of shift, cut fruit for the day, and close down the bar at the end of each shift in accordance with Company standardsEnsure receipt of accurate payments, balance cash drawer during shift, and maintain security and accuracy of bankMaintain regular attendance at scheduled shift and staff meetingCocktail, bus, and service guests through the shift ensuring a visually appealing environmentMake sure all ashtrays are clean and empty throughout entire shift.Consistently uses all bar equipment, cleaning, and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS sheets and departmental standards.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) ternal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.Must be day years of age or older.Must be able to obtain and provide STAR Certification prior to start date.    The Mint Gaming Hall is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
