Coverage Needed Start Date: January End Date: April, then TBD Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Coverage Type: 10 days per month, including 2 weekends Cover multiple locations Clinical Details Practice Setting: Office hours, inpatient post-op floor, and ICU care Call: 10 days of call per month, Call Ratio 1:3 Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12 Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Will be Working Autonomously Supervising Physician: Physician will round daily and be available 24/7 by phone Required Duties: Suture Removal, Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Tests, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care, Rounding, Pre-Op Physical Exams Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric Requirements ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Active OH license BLS, ACLS Training and Experience 100% Clean Background
