Asphalt Foreman

Rail 1, LLC is looking for an Asphalt Foreman for Railroad Crossings.  As Forman you will oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt paving projects at railroad crossings, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. This is a traveling position.   Responsibilities:Supervise and manage paving operations at railroad crossings.Safety and regulatory compliance.Quality control.Project planning and scheduling.Crew management and development.Equipment management.Coordination and communication.Documentation and reporting.Issue resolution.
