The physician will join a comprehensive cancer center team following the departure of a full-time provider.Schedule & Coverage:Start: ASAPSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMNo call responsibilitiesPractice Setting:Outpatient and inpatient care within a comprehensive cancer center attached to the hospitalJoin two full-time Radiation Oncologists with support from two APPsAdult patient populationAverage daily volume: outpatient visits; 2 5 inpatient rounding/call patientsEMR systems: Mosaiq and EpicClinical Responsibilities:Provide a full scope of radiation oncology services, including conventional radiotherapy, 3D radiotherapy, IMRT/IGRT, SBRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, helical tomotherapy, and fractionated stereotactic radiotherapyOrder tests and imaging, prescribe treatments, and manage patient careCredentialing:Estimated credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 daysRequirements:Board Certified in Radiation Oncology or truly Board EligibleActive Michigan medical licenseBLS certification
