Sales Consultant - Walker First TurnWalker First Turn is looking for passionate and self-motivated Sales Consultants to join our teamResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and have a neat and professional appearance at all timesPresent and sell ATVs, RTVS, motorcycles, mowers and all other equipment to new and existing customersProspect and contact potential customers through phone call, text, email, social email, etc.Log all customer data into Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)Be a leader in a product knowledge of all agricultural and powersports products and vehiclesHelp guide customers through the decision-making processMeet monthly sales objectives set in place by managementFollow all policies and procedures given by managementQualificationsPast sales experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of agricultural and powersports equipment is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMust be able to work independently with a high sense of urgency while also being a team playerMust possess a valid Driver's License and clean MVRPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time on the phone/computerMust be able to work in all weather conditions, rain, snow, heat (during sales or showings)Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs. at a timeJob Type - Full Time with Competitive PayWork Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm, Saturdays - 8 am - 2:30 pmBenefits:Paid Training401KHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsurancePaid Time OffRelocation AssistanceEmployee discountsOpportunities for advancementJob Type: Full-time
