KYCOM Phonathon WorkerDivision: Support Services Department: AdvancementExperience: Entry-level Job Code: NASupervisor of Student Employee(s): Brooke ThackerRequested Start Date: 4/6/2026The KYCOM Phonathon worker will assist advancement during the 4/6/2026 - 4/16/2026 Phonathon event. The worker will call alumni or other entities related to the University of Pikeville to request donations. Students will be provided with scripts to help accomplish these goals.Responsibilities and Career Competencies:Students must be able to ask for a renewed donation from alumni and friends of the university.Student Caller must have good communication skills and be courteous on the phone.Students must be knowledgeable about recent updates/events on campus so they can inform the individuals they are calling.Students must be able to use provided script to communicate all essential topics to donors.
