Join the team and be a part of the success story We are looking for a talented Client Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for prospecting and generating fresh leads and securing new business opportunities to turn into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Perform daily outbound cold-calling and email campaigns to identify and connect with potential clients. Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify and understand their hiring needs and market staffing solutions for each customer. Build a client network by leveraging social media platforms, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, contact lists and colleagues Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential clients to present our staffing solutions, negotiate terms, close new business agreements and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the internal recruitment team as well as research relevant markets to gather insights into industry-specific talent demands to ensure a quick turnaround to fulfill client requirements. Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and progress towards targets Skills and Qualifications Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the IT staffing industry. Ability to open up conversations and interact successfully with company gatekeepers and hiring managers Demonstrate a keen understanding of the staffing industry, key competition, market trends and recommend value-added solutions Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the abilities to engage with customer hiring teams at all levels and functions Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple sales leads and prioritize competing priorities. Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative teamwork Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software tools.
