Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.Job DescriptionThe FOH Supervisor assists and provides excellent guest experience to our guests by overseeing the quality and consistency of our service, food and beverage, overall operation, and maintenance of the venue. They are responsible for every job function in the venue and as such must be able to personally perform and train others in every job function and support team members' training.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:The ability to provide supervision during assigned shiftsProvides cast members, and guests with a positive experience and atmosphereMonitors speed of service to ensure a positive guest experienceSupervise daily shifts to ensure standards, product quality, and cleanliness is maintainedAssist in the training of cast members, including new hires as well as existing team membersAssists with cleanliness and organization of the venueEnsures proper cash handling procedures are followedPerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedSkills + Abilities included but are not limited to:Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh guest satisfaction expectations and focusSelf-motivated and results drivenHolds self and others accountable to consistently maintain high-performance standardsEducation + Experience + Requirements:HS Diploma or GED CertificationMust be at least 21 years of ageMinimum of 1 year full-service restaurant supervisory experience preferredMeets Ring Up Program requirementsFood Safety, State Alcohol certification requiredAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesCast Member Benefits:Competitive Pay and GrowthCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&BElevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
