Job Title: UKG Ready Consultant (Remote)Duration : long-term contractLocation : Seattle, WAInterview : Webcam onlyRole SummaryDesign, configure, and support UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG DimensionsOwn Plan Build / Plan Configuration and file feed integrationsEnsure seamless workforce management, payroll, and benefits administrationKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize UKG systems to meet business needsDesign and implement benefit plans, payroll setups, and timekeeping policiesDevelop and support 834 and CSV file feeds for benefits and HR dataManage data integrations with third-party systems and troubleshoot issuesEnsure compliance, data security, and system accuracyPartner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teamsConduct UAT testing for enhancements and new integrationsCreate system documentation and provide user trainingRequired Skills & Experience3+ years hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Ready, and DimensionsStrong expertise in Plan Build / Plan ConfigurationExperience with 834 files, CSV feeds, and HRIS integrationsSolid knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and workforce managementStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL, APIs, or middleware integrationsKnowledge of ACA, COBRA, and benefits complianceBackground as an HRIS Analyst or Payroll Systems AdministratorBachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related fieldIdeal CandidateTechnically strong UKG SMEComfortable working cross-functionallyDetail-oriented with a focus on system accuracy and complianceJob Type: ContractPay: $ $75.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
