This role involves managing independent content contributors, editing and posting articles, and ensuring timely updates to the site. It also includes recruiting new contributors and furthering the vision of the site.Key Responsibilities:· Managing and editing content from contributors to ensure quality and alignment with our mission.· Posting clips and tasers through social media· Posting weekly updates and maintaining the website's content calendar· Creating and sending weekly teaser alerts to subscribers· Collaborating with writers and contributors to develop engaging, faith-based content· Monitoring site performance and suggesting improvements for better user engagementExperience and Qualifications:· Six or more years of journalism experience for a newspaper, onsite publication, etc.· Strong writing and editing skills· Experience in content management systems (CMS) and basic web publishing· Understanding of SEO and social media best practices· Ability to manage multiple contributors and deadlines effectively· Commitment to the mission of Faith FirstStatement of FaithFaith First is a Christian ministry committed to biblical principles.
