If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended.Job Details:If you are looking to make an impact in a meaningful way, join us at Tyson Foods where we are raising the world's expectations for how much good food can do We create quality products in a safe environment for our team members.Benefits Effective Day 1Position Summary: This position is responsible for operating the multi-vac and packaging machines.Responsibilities:Weigh and pack product.Supply lines with boxes, tux cartons, and pallets.Remove product from racks.Setup, run, and tear down equipment, films, and labels.Move up to 1,000-pound racks manually.Clean machines at the end of shift and perform washdowns.Use SAP and computer for transactions and print labels.Issue materials as ply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.Perform any other work as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.Ability and willingness to scan or input into the computer system all product film, boxes, casings, clips, and ingredients for all daily product runs, including change overs.Ability and willingness to follow formulations on the computer and accurately record and report food safety or product information.Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 20 pounds or greater frequently.Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.Ability and willingness to constantly use mental/muscular coordination, simultaneously.Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.LOCATION NOT ACCEPTING REHIRESRelocation Assistance Eligible:NoWork Shift:2ND SHIFT (United States of America)Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
