Prior experience in hospitality, event hosting, or guest services is highly valued, along with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experienceCoordinate various events and activities within the clubhouse, including parties, meetings, and recreational programsHandle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain high levels of guest satisfactionManage cash handling duties accurately during transactionsCollaborate with other team members to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facilitiesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and course and clubhouse policiesRequirementsPrevious experience in hospitality, events, or guest services is preferredStrong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict effectivelyExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentFood service or hospitality experience is beneficialKnowledge of resort operations, theater management, or event planning is advantageousAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as requiredPositive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiencesJoin our team as Clubhouse Staff to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic club environment.
