We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and keep the fun running smoothly.Job Summary:The Manager will work closely alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, efficient staff performance, and a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility. This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and enjoys being hands-on with both staff and guests.Key Responsibilities:Support and supervise department managers (bowling, arcade, food & beverage, attractions, etc.)Assist the General Manager in executing company goals and initiativesOversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluationsEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionallyMonitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and safety protocolsTrack and analyze operational metrics to drive improvementsCollaborate with the GM on promotions, events, and strategic planningManage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordersAssist with budget planning and cost control initiativesQualifications:3+ years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail preferredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededComfortable in a hands-on, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and operational reportingPerks:Fun and energetic work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementDiscounts on food, attractions, and eventsJob Type: Full-timePay: $ $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
