If so,you may be our next Proposal Development Coordinator.Located in Belmont, MA, CLD (Custom Learning Designs) is a sales training partner that exclusively works with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical companies to ensure their commercial teams have the right knowledge at the right time to help them transform patients' lives.The Proposal Development Coordinator contributes to the success of CLD's client portfolio and new business growth by supporting proposal and pricing development for large launch initiatives, maintenance contracts, and RFP submissions. Working in partnership with Sales, Writing, Project Management, and Operations, this person helps ensure timely, accurate, and well-coordinated responses to both client and new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to be in a highly visible and revenue-impacting (Director of Marketing & CEO facing) role with opportunities for growth.The Proposal Development Coordinator will also interact with and learn from our equally talented professionals in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, and Tech Teams.Job DutiesPartners with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver pricing packages, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new business, renewals, and project-based engagements.Coordinates with writing, project management, and resource planning teams to gather inputs, assemble the right expertise, and maintain project schedules (via the ops tracker/CRM) for proposal and presentation development.Supports proposal development by coordinating team meetings, managing timelines, monitoring and sharing progress towards milestones/due dates, and participating in strategy meetings to align goals, scope and deliverables.Track and organize proposal activity, ensuring consistency, compliance, and accuracy in all client-facing materials.Conducts initial review of RFPs/RFIs and partners with sales to create a project plan for proposal development and submission.Obtains and develops supporting materials and documentation required by RFP/RFI/Statement of Work.Maintain RFP (Requests for Proposal) and presentation content library by compiling applicable internal assets and creatively sourcing othersEnsure all proposals are appropriately designed, formatted, proofed, and edited prior to delivery to the client or prospectActively participate in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and help to maintain the related databases (I.e., CRM and client) critical to these efforts.Participate in professional learning opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.Confidently propose new and more efficient processes for completing the above requirementsSkill/Knowledge RequirementsMastery of business tools; ability to quickly adapt to new tools or software [high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency with or ability to quickly new platforms.Microsoft Word -ability to format documents with styles, insert images and tables, and update templatesMicrosoft Excel - ability to use formulas/functions: sum, subtract, multiply, and apply discounts and cell formattingMicrosoft PowerPoint - must be able to design and edit slides, modify colors and backgrounds, insert media and images as well as alter slide animations and timingAbility to synthesize RFPs, plan and organize workplans/timelines, problem solve, think creatively, and apply new technologiesProven ability to work in project teamsMust be highly organized and prioritize tasks efficientlyAbility to achieve results, sometimes under tight deadlinesFlexibility to work on a single project for an extended period, or many projects for short periods of timeStrong attention detail (proofreading, grammar, consistency)Past CRM experience a plus (I.e., HubSpot or equivalents)Experience writing or copy-editing a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $50, $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApplication Question(s):What is your expected salary range?Work Location: Remote
