With lab locations in the U.S., U.K., and Denmark, and partnerships with top fertility clinics worldwide, we combine cutting-edge science with compassionate, personalized care.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Clinical Relations Manager to expand and strengthen our partnerships with fertility clinics across the United States. This relationship-focused role is critical to educating clinic staff on our services, supporting patient-facing workflows, and ensuring that Seattle Sperm Bank remains a trusted partner in third-party reproduction.The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and empathetic professional with experience in the fertility, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. You will travel extensively to visit clinics, represent SSB at conferences, and serve as a key resource for physicians, nurses, embryologists, and administrative teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with fertility clinics and key stakeholders (physicians, nurses, embryologists, donor coordinators, office managers).Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clinic workflows, referral patterns, and patient needs.Clinic Education & OutreachConduct regular on-site and virtual training sessions for clinical staff on SSB's services, donor catalog, genetic testing, shipping processes, and patient support resources.Ensure clinics have accurate, up-to-date materials, and proactively share new service updates and best practices.Strategic GrowthIdentify new clinic partnership opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to develop tailored growth plans.Monitor referral trends, assess account health, and work with internal teams to meet revenue and activity targets.Conference & Event RepresentationRepresent Seattle Sperm Bank as an exhibitor at regional and national fertility conferences (e.g., ASRM, PCRS, etc.).Participate in regional networking events and industry gatherings to expand SSB's clinical presence.Issue Resolution & EscalationAddress clinic concerns and workflow challenges with professionalism and high emotional intelligence.Escalate risks, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain strong partnerships.Market InsightStay current on developments in the U.S. fertility landscape, including competitive trends, regulatory changes, and emerging clinic needs.Share actionable insights internally to help inform product updates, marketing needs, and service improvements.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, donor teams, inside sales, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and smooth clinic workflows.Contribute to internal strategy discussions regarding clinic engagement, referral patterns, and growth opportunities.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or clinical outreach"”ideally within the fertility, medical device, or healthcare industriesStrong understanding of the U.S. fertility clinic landscape and third-party reproductionExceptional interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with frequent domestic travel (up to 50%)Experience representing a brand at professional conferences or industry eventsSelf-starter with strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage a travel schedule, track clinic activity, and report on outreach metricsPreferred QualificationsExisting relationships within the fertility industryExperience using CRM systems and digital outreach toolsBackground in reproductive health, women's health, or life sciencesWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company helping people build familiesRepresent a respected brand with a growing national and international footprintTravel to leading fertility centers and attend premier industry eventsJoin a collaborative, forward-thinking team with strong values and visionJob Type: Full-timePay: $55, $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid sick timePaid time offVision insuranceWork from homeWork Location: Remote
