If you're excited about shaping the future of a dynamic industry, this is your moment.Job DetailsAs we scale our Salesforce-based product to deliver more intelligent, data-driven capabilities, we're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to build high-quality, scalable ISV solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce. This role is critical to our ability to deliver secure, performant, and extensible products to a growing customer base. You will design, architect, and develop core application features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform-native services, while contributing to managed package architecture, release processes, and long-term platform scalability. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you'll help operationalize complex business logic and integrations with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and best practices for commercial Salesforce applications. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant architectural influence, not a people-management position.Job ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Salesforce application services using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and platform-native capabilities.Partner with product, data, and engineering leaders to translate roadmap initiatives into robust Salesforce platform solutions.Own and evolve the technical architecture of Salesforce ISV managed packages, including data models, security architecture, packaging strategies, and upgrade-safe release patterns.Lead design decisions around performance and scalability to ensure the product scales.Design and implement integrations using Salesforce-native patterns (REST, Platform Events, and async processing) and external services to support data- and AI-driven product functionality including Snowflake and AWS.Design and develop AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce and third party AI services to deliver intelligent, context-aware product experiences.Design and maintain robust automated test coverage (Apex tests, LWC testing) to ensure reliability, upgrade safety, and compliance with Salesforce ISV standards.Establish and enforce Salesforce engineering best practices across code quality, testing strategy, security review readiness, and release management.Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines for managed package development, including scratch org strategy, automated testing, versioning, and deployment automation.Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem tools to improve product scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to other engineers, supporting code reviews and design discussions.Requirements3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production environment, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce data model.Experience building and maintaining Salesforce ISV managed packages, including packaging strategies, versioning, and upgrade-safe design.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, performance optimization, security model, and multi-tenant architecture.Strong experience writing and maintaining Apex unit tests and ensuring high test coverage for managed packages.Experience designing and implementing integrations using Salesforce-native APIs (REST, async processing, Platform Events) and external services.Experience preparing or supporting Salesforce AppExchange security reviews is a strong plus.Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices, including scratch orgs, automated testing, and release pipelines.Experience working with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and integrations with external ML/AI services.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern SaaS architectures.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, product-driven startup pensation:Annual Base Salary Range "” $110,000-$150,000Generous Benefit Package.Paid Holidays.Eligible for Flexible PTO after 90 day probationary period.Job Type: Full-timePay: $110, $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceWork Location: Remote
