This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from software development into product management and can effectively bridge technical possibilities with customer needs.You will own key product areas, define product strategy and roadmaps, and work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value. The role requires a data-driven mindset, the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps, and end-to-end ownership of outcomes.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine product strategy and roadmap for major features and capabilities of the new AI-driven productPartner with leadership to align product direction with strategic goalsConduct customer discovery and research to identify user needs and opportunitiesAnalyze usage data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform prioritizationTranslate customer needs and market opportunities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test coverageCollaborate with engineering teams (internal and/or external) to ensure successful deliveryAdvocate for the customer while balancing market, technical, and industry considerationsCoalesce diverse inputs into a coherent and executable product roadmapGiven your technical background, you will participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and contribute to build-versus-buy decisions.
