Electronics Technician

Electronics Technician - Manufacturing  Location: Crystal River, FL Reports To: Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Occasional overtime as needed) FLSA: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)  Position Summary  We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic systems.    Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair electronic components and industrial control systems on manufacturing equipment.Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of production machinery.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Test and validate electronic components to meet manufacturing specifications.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve complex equipment issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues.Provide technical training or guidance to production staff when necessary.Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards.   Qualifications: Required:Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of electronic theory, industrial control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.Ability to read schematics and technical documentation. Preferred:Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Knowledge of robotics, automated assembly systems, and industrial networking. Physical Requirements:Frequently sitting, walking, standing, and fortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components and tools.
