This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflow, and high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer scheduling and shop traffic flowCommunicate promptly and professionally with customers regarding vehicle concerns, approvals, and completion timelinesCoordinate and manage technician workflow to maximize efficiencyOrder parts for each work order and ensure accurate distributionMaintain organized and accurate repair ordersSupport a team-oriented, customer-first shop environmentHours of OperationMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout Little Wolf AutomotiveLittle Wolf Automotive is a family-owned and operated company committed to customer satisfaction, employee appreciation, and operational excellence.
