Global Aviation Co. (GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America.You will be directly involved in revenue-generating activity, working daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management.TasksWhat you will doPrepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotationsLiaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead timesSupport Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accountsIdentify new business opportunities within assigned customer baseManage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-endWork in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matterRequirementsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and accountableInterest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in salesTools & systemsMicrosoft Office (Excel proficiency is important)Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)BenefitsCompensation & growthBase salary: $50,000-$70,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to company sales resultsDefined career path to Outside Sales / Regional Account Management, with total compensation typically exceeding $85,000+ based on performanceIn-house training and direct exposure to senior sales leadershipBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesIf you're looking to build a long-term sales career in commercial aviation, we'd like to speak with you.
