Client Relationship Associate Westerville, Ohio Job Description: The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a member of the Practice Solutions team and works closely with the Regional and Portfolio Business Development Officer's The CRA will be expected to Primary Coverage Officer (PCO) for the Regional and Portfolio Business Development Officer's (BDO) portfolio Responsible for overall health of existing client relationship in their assigned portfolios Conduct client relationship support activities for assigned portfolio. Support the retention and management of the portfolio. Client on-boarding for new credit clients. Client outreach expected for introduction call and ongoing relationship support Supports assigned portfolio with Commercial credit renewals, loan modifications, collateral modifications, balloon maturities, and retention Addressing KYC Issues escalated by Business Controls Sales referral sent to Practice Banking Group or Regional/Portfolio BDO Primary liaison with internal partners (Customer Service, Monitoring, Overdraft teams) for the Regional/Portfolio BDO's portfolio Loan product maintenance: Fee refunds, hold releases, life insurance, term questions, collateral releases, ACH set up/adjustments Required Skills: PC Proficient in Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Ability to operate in a phone based sales environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies, procedures for business/corporate clients Strong client focus/direct client contact experience, excellent interpersonal skills Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
