Must have VA license. Schedule: 8, 10, hour shifts available.7-3p, 7-5p Must be able to do at least 2 weeks a month, 10 hour shift blocks are either M-Th or Tu-Fri rotation as scheduled. 40 hours per week. Call: Will allow for Beeper nightly and weekend Call coverage: 5% call back rate, higher percentage for MW week day call . Not required but available if wanting call. Cases: except transplants. Hearts, lung, Healthy Peds Dental/ENT, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc. OB and Thoracic exp is required. PEDS is preferred CRNAs do own epidurals, spinals. No blocks. CRNAs are supervised. 4:1. Float between 2 sites. Level 2 trauma experience is required. 12 months min experience required. Epic EMR. Credentialing: 45 - 60 days. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
