Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Sila ServicesLocation: One of our locations throughout the MidwestJob SummaryThe Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader is both a strategic partner and a hands-on recruiter responsible for developing and executing full-cycle recruiting strategies that attract, assess, and hire top talent across their assigned region. This role partners closely with hiring managers, regional leadership, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to design, plan, and deliver a regional TA strategy that includes an annual hiring calendar aligned with workforce planning, seasonal needs, and growth targets.The Regional TA Leader serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process"”consulting on sourcing strategies, interviewing practices, legal compliance, and selection decisions"”while conducting structured interviews and thoroughly assessing talent. This role ensures every hiring decision reflects the company's values, talent standards, and commitment to compliance and inclusion while being an ambassador for the Sila Services brand.Essential FunctionsPartner with hiring managers, regional leadership, HRBPs and Sourcing Specialists to define workforce needs, hiring priorities, and annual talent acquisition strategies for the region.Create and maintain a regional annual TA calendar with hiring waves, seasonal staffing needs, recurring pipelines, and targeted recruitment events.Develop a deep, working knowledge of our skilled trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sewer) landscape, including key technical roles, certifications, and competitive company structures to effectively articulate our Sila's distinct value proposition.Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.Maintain KPI performance standards related to time-to-hire and retention while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and consistency across all requisitions.Conduct structured, competency-based interviews that reflect legal, ethical, and inclusive interviewing practices.Act as a strategic advisor to regional leaders and HRBPs on market trends, compensation competitiveness, and talent availability.Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to accelerate pipelines for critical, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.Maintain strong alignment and communication with HRBPs to ensure hiring practices reinforce talent strategy, workforce plans, and organizational goals.Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to identify trends and inform continuous improvement to all levels of leadership.Champion the employer brand and ensure a positive, people-first candidate experience.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals through intentional outreach, unbiased assessment, and equitable hiring practices.Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and intercompany transfers.Visit existing and newly acquired locations as needed to understand workforce needs, build relationships with field leadership, and ensure consistent hiring practices across the region.Basic Qualifications (Required)Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field"”or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multi-level functions.Strong knowledge of legal interviewing practices, compliant hiring processes, and structured assessment methods, including understanding of EEO, OFCCP, and compliant recruiting standards.Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with hiring managers, HRBPs, and operational leaders.Proven experience managing high requisition volume with competing priorities.Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to travel up to 15% within your regionDesired Qualifications (Preferred)Experience as a TA Partner, Regional Recruiter, or HRBP-aligned recruiter in a multi-site or field-based organization.Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience building annual workforce or recruiting plans.Familiarity with skilled trades, construction, home services, or fast-paced operational environments.Experience using talent CRM systems and sourcing tools.HP1Pay: $80, $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWork Location: Remote
