This reputation is a result of superior quality of our products and our people.Operator The Operator is an essential role within manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for operating production equipment and supporting the manufacturing of plastic film in accordance with production schedules. Duties include performing required transactions and tasks to support efficient workflow, maintaining consistent production, and ensuring quality standards are met. Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that contributes to customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Understands and follows all Operating instructions and Plant Safety RulesFocus attention on the process and finishing equipmentDemonstrates effective and efficient troubleshooting for equipment issuesWorks with the entire shift as a team to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively and efficientlyCompletes all required safety activities on timeUnderstands and follows all the Quality procedures pertinent to the jobCommunications with shift relief on operations for the past 12 hours on performance and equipment issues, action taken, and resultsFollow all housekeeping guidelinesWorks to resolve quality issues, equipment problems, or people issues until an adequate solution is attained.Demonstrates the ability to solve problems to produce quality filmPerform assigned Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations (GMP) activities in the individual's work area as defined.Report any known or discovered contamination or other food safety risk to the product to their direct supervisor immediately.Operates a variety of material-handling vehicles and pletes all required safety activities as outlined in plant safety rules.Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and develop skills within the company.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Taghleef is a Drug Free Workplace - Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.Taghleef offers a solid track record of growth and expansion in the food packaging industry as well as a competitive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health/prescription, dental and vision insurance, both short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, additional life insurance amounts available including spouse and dependent child coverage through payroll deductions, flexible spending accounts, company funded heath savings accounts, fitness reimbursement, tuition assistance and 401(k) with a company match. Taghleef Industries, is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
