The Strategic Installation Support position assumes the role of training a network of Strategic Installers, so they are fully knowledgeable in utilizing our products in all environments that apply to our suite of products. You will ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of solar equipment purchased from Signature Solar and serve as a liaison for technical inquiries and assistance within our Installer network by handling incoming phone calls and emails, troubleshooting equipment issues, and effectively addressing customer inquiries and on-site commissioning support. Their expertise lies in examining, questioning, and resolving intricate technical problems with precision and proficiency.A successful candidate must be able to:Assist with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar products purchased from Signature Solar.Collaborate with the Business Development team in connection with servicing Installer needs.Stay up to date with changes based on emerging products and regulations.Deliver unparalleled customer service, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through email, including managing conversations with dissatisfied customers that may escalate into stressful situations.Speak to customers, explain technical concepts, host seminars, and provide clear instructions.Offer support through the home location of Sulphur Springs, TX, and travel for on-site support.Manage travel schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure effective client engagement.Safely operate a vehicle to attend client meetings, networking events, and business-related activities.All other duties assigned.A successful candidate will demonstrate:A proactive mindset towards acquiring and honing the skills necessary to be a proficient team member, effectively fostering valuable relationships with high-profile clients in a growing business environment.The ability to critically analyze, research, and verify information through online resources, manuals, or with R&D departments.The capability to demonstrate and exercise composure in high-pressure scenarios involving dissatisfied customers, showcasing self-control and professionalism.Collaborate with departments and master new technical topics.Ability to work flexible hours and travel to install sites.Examine, question, and resolve intricate technical problems with precision and proficiency.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and deliver timely solutions to customers.Qualifications:2+ years of Residential or Commerical solar installation, wiring, and system configurationNABCEP PVSI, Master or Journeyman electricians is a plus.Field-based role with travel for on-site support.Physical Requirements: This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 100+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, climbing on roofs, navigating high distances, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
