MRI Technologist / Technician Needed in Missouri

MRI Technologist Position Overview Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform Magnetic Resonance procedures autonomously under the guidance of a radiologist. The role involves conducting various technical procedures with a focus on radiological diagnosis utilizing ionizing radiation. The ideal candidate is skilled in providing patient care across all age groups and will report directly to the Director of Imaging. Responsibilities Perform MRI diagnostic procedures and assist Radiologists during examinations. Ensure patient, peer, and personal safety throughout procedures. Maintain professional communication within and between departments. Manage supply conservation and report equipment issues promptly. Engage in continuous education in line with ARRT requirements. Fulfill any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent; completion of an accredited Radiologic technology program with advanced MRI certification. Licensure/Certification: Required MRI certification; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification. Work Experience: Preferably two years of experience as a technologist with CT experience being a plus.
