The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional legal representation.*Duties** Manage all phases of personal injury cases from initial client consultation through trial and settlement negotiations* Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case development* Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity* Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence, medical records, and liability issues to maximize client outcomes* Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining a focus on client interests and case value* Represent clients confidently in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions with strong advocacy skills* Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals or accident reconstruction specialists to strengthen cases* Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements*Experience** Proven experience handling personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial in a fast-paced law office environment* Strong knowledge of personal injury law principles, procedures, and courtroom practices* Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis platforms* Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling legal arguments and clear documentation* Skilled negotiator with a track record of successful settlement resolutions* Familiarity with related practice areas such as estate planning, family law, workers' compensation law, or environmental xevrcyc law is a plus but not required* Experience working with diverse legal databases and conducting detailed legal research is essential* Prior legal administrative experience that supports efficient case management and client communicationJoin us to advocate fiercely for those in need while advancing your career in personal injury law!
