CRNA Opportunity Northern IL location Total Number of FTE s needed 3 Number of ORs 2-3 Reason for Coverage: Transition EMR: Cerner/ paper intraop Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Day shift rarely over 8 hours and 24 hour in house Type of Patients/Cases: General, bariatrics, ortho, podiatry, GI, cath lab Type of Care Model (Care Team or Independent): independent Miscellaneous Information: Must be a strong independent provider with the ability to manage patients throughout the whole perioperative period. Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, PALS, etc.): ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP (recommended) This is an update on the CRNA rates: $210 per hour for 32+ hours per week $180 per hour for under 32 hours per week Quarterly sign-on bonus, contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month. Structured Sign-On Bonus (Up to $50,000) for a 2-year commitment to be paid quarterly. Experience Level Total Bonus Quarterly Payout Annualized 0 2 years $20,000 $2,500 $10,000/year 2 5 years $35,000 $4,375 $17,500/year 5+ years $50,000 $6,250 $25,000/year Bonus is earned and paid at the end of each quarter, conditional on active employment. If the provider leaves before completing 24 months, remaining unpaid bonuses are forfeited.
