Akkodis is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a long-term W2 contract position with a client in Louisville, Kentucky.*** No Corp-to-Corp; No C2C; No Referrals from C2C ***Rate Range: $55.00/hour to $65.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Construction Project Manager job responsibilities include:Manage complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and multi-trade construction projects through all five PMI phases"”Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and ClosingEnsure projects are delivered safely, on scope, on budget, and on schedule, while driving communication between design, procurement, field teams, and operationsCoordinate plans and outcomes with multiple functions in a complex matrixed organization including Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, EHS/Safety, Sourcing, and QualityTrack and analyze project performance metrics including cost variance, schedule variance, earned value, rework, labor forecasts, cash flow, and margin performanceQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of construction project management experienceStrong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, risk management, and cost controlIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
