We are currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Details: Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 7:45 AM 5:00 PM Classification: Non-Exempt Pay Range: $25/hr $35/hr (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total paid in $500 installments every 3 months Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire About the Role: As a PTA, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in achieving their mobility and recovery goals. You ll help implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and encourage functional independence in a positive and motivating environment.
